Terms of Service

mr.technology provides a registry of AI skills, MCP server blueprints, technical content, and related tooling. Some content is free; some requires a paid Pro subscription.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Use a strong password and don’t share it. Notify us immediately at security@mr.technology if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to access systems or data you aren’t authorized to access.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise try to extract source code from our binaries (where applicable).
• Resell or repackage the Service or any paid content without written permission.
• Upload malicious content, including content designed to compromise our infrastructure or other users.
• Scrape the Service at a rate that degrades it for others.

• Free tier — accessible without payment. Includes the public Registry, Blueprint previews, and the blog.
• Pro tier — paid subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Includes premium skills, full blueprint content, Pro-gated audits, and priority support.
• Billing — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro purchases. Contact billing@mr.technology with your invoice id to request one. Refunds are not available for renewals or for accounts terminated under Section 6.
• Price changes— we may change subscription prices with 30 days’ notice by email. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

• Our content — skills, blueprints, blog posts, audits, and code we publish are owned by mr.technology or our licensors. You may use them under the license specified on each item (typically a permissive license for free items, a personal/commercial-use license for Pro items).
• Your content — if you submit a skill or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, distribute, and display it as part of the Service. You retain ownership and may request removal at any time.
• Feedback — if you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or if we’re required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we’ll give notice first. You can terminate at any time by closing your account.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Skills and blueprints published in the Registry are vetted but provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for evaluating their suitability before deploying them in your own infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mr.technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend and indemnify mr.technology against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and via a banner on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence apply.
