These terms govern your use of mr.technology (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
mr.technology provides a registry of AI skills, MCP server blueprints, technical content, and related tooling. Some content is free; some requires a paid Pro subscription.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Use a strong password and don’t share it. Notify us immediately at security@mr.technology if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or if we’re required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we’ll give notice first. You can terminate at any time by closing your account.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Skills and blueprints published in the Registry are vetted but provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for evaluating their suitability before deploying them in your own infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mr.technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend and indemnify mr.technology against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and via a banner on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence apply.
